This cask strength barrel select is aged 5 years in new American oak barrels with a mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley and bottled at 55% abv. The result is a buttery blend of vanilla, citrus, and corn bread on the nose, with notes of cashew butter and caramel on the palate.
